Our Location
Flaxmill Bay, Ferrylanding and Whitianga/Whitianga Harbour
Rich in both history and natural beauty, Whitianga is the landing place of Kupe, the first Maori, and of Captain James Cook a thousand years later. It is surrounded by clean, white sandy beaches and the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. The warm climate and rich soils in The Coromandel promote lush growth and native forest covers much of the Coromandel Peninsula. Huge majestic trees and pristine forest have been protected and can be easily seen by the highways or walking tracks.
Whitianga is the perfect destination to stop for a few weeks and experience the very best of New Zealand’s’ natural environment.
