International Lodge Whitianga provides guests with high quality accommodation and services in a secure and welcoming environment.
Lodge guests can enjoy all the comforts of home and have the opportunity to become involved in all aspects of outdoor, active lifestyle offered in the sea side resort town of Whitianga.
Rooms The lodge consists of 12 quality appointed rooms, all linen, electric blanket, desk, chair, wardrobe/storage facilities. There are 6 ensuite rooms, 3 queen share, 1 studio ensuite and 2 twin share.
Kitchen
A quality appointed kitchen is centrally located within the lodge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, rice cooker, bread maker, all necessary woks, pots, and pans and cooking utensils and cutlery. Indoor/outdoor living is an important feature of the New Zealand lifestyle and the lodge offers a wonderful outdoor bar-be-que area, adjacent to the kitchen.
Living Areas
The lodge provides a spacious indoor/outdoor living experience. The lounge has TV / DVD, Midi System and relaxing lounge suite. Dining area is fitted with large table and chairs flowing out to an outdoor living area.
Laundry & Cleaning
Full laundry facilities available, washing machines, dryer (coin operated only), ironing boards, baskets, clothes line etc. A washing service is also available if you are unable to do your own at a cost of $20 washed, folded and delivered back to you.
Internet / Telephone Facilities
Internet is available in the library. All rooms have Internet connections available. The lodge telephone facilities include free local and incoming calls. Phone cards can be purchased to make toll and international calls.
Recreation
Sports and recreation equipment are available for guests for a small fee. The equipment includes bicycles, tennis racquets badminton racquets, fishing gear and kayak. Off street parking is available.
