We are Auckland based family-owned accommodation provider. The principal Haraish Rajpal is Civil engineer by profession, a longtime landlord and experienced property manager, who worked in the accommodation industry for 20+ years throughout New Zealand.

Our property manager Erica is an experienced and well respected among tenants and contractors.

We have over 20+ years’ experience working with tenants from all walks of life. We are here to help you with your accommodation needs. We service the Central, Western and South Auckland area and are proud to provide exceptional services with the utmost care and integrity. We have built an excellent reputation.

Our rooms are fully furnished & include bed, desk, chair, drawers & small fridge.

Bed linen packs available on request which includes brand new bed linen, mattress protector, 2 pillows with pillow covers, blanket or reversible duvet, bath towels, face and hand towels and bathmat.

International Lodge and our both other sites are modern residential accommodation located right in the heart of Central Auckland, West Auckland and south Auckland areas.

Bus stop is just outside, and we are only one stage from Auckland CBD with buses 24x7 to Auckland Central so commute anywhere is a breeze.
